My Story

Hi! I'm Jordan, the owner of J. Tay Photography, LLC!

I'm a natural light photographer based in Sullivan, WI, and I’ve been passionately capturing memories for over 20 years and professionally since 2010. My mission is simple: to provide stunning, meaningful photographs of life’s most important moments at a reasonable price.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, I spent my summers outdoors—running around all day and catching fireflies until my dad called me inside. The simple beauty of our state, especially during camping trips in the north woods, left a lasting impression on me and sparked my love for photography.

As the youngest of two brothers, I quickly learned how to be tough and keep up with the guys. While I adore everything about Wisconsin and the beauty it offers, I’ve also caught the travel bug! I love exploring the country and experiencing the many wonders America has to offer. In 2019, I married my husband, Chad, and in 2022, our family grew with the arrival of our son, William, and our fur baby, Odin James. During the “off-season,” you’ll likely find me traveling with my three favorite boys.

I’m passionate about capturing life’s precious moments and providing you with photographs that you'll treasure for a lifetime. My second goal is to always grow and evolve in my craft—whether it’s embracing new ideas or pushing my creative boundaries.
